IBM system storage TS3100 Tape library

Hello, I need help I have BE 10.1 SP3 and I bought a new tape.(IBM system storage TS3100 Tape librar with one drive) Told me it was compatible with BE10.1 SP3. But now I'm unable to see on BE the Robotic library. I tried some drivers but did not work. The drive works well. Someone can help me. thanks

    Plain and simple, Backup Exec can only use what Windows can see.

    So get Windows and the device manager to recognize the library and drives, then BackupExec will work.

    I'd start with the manufacturers drivers from IBM directly, and not the driver packs from Symantec.
