Runtime Error within Archive Explorer

We're running EV 7.0 (No SP) on Windows 2003 SP1. Outlook 2003 SP2 with EV 7 Client.

 

When a user opens a message from within Archive Explorer, and attempts to use the Up / Down Arrows on the toolbar to view the previous / next message, they receive the following Runtime Error and Outlook crashes:

Program: D:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\OUTLOOK.EXE

 

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
