EV 9.0.2 on WS08 R2 Firewall UP - 0x80070005: Access is Denied
I noticed a number of posts around this connectivity, all resulting in turning off the Windows firewall on the EV server. This customer wants EV working with the firewall UP.

I've had to add an inbound TCP 135 rule to get DCOM to work on Win2008 R2 EV servers that have the Windows Firewall active.
