Missing Index Items
I wonder if anyone has a fix for missing index items on EV 10 SP4 archiving email and files, having just one EV server. When I run Verify on the indexes I get a small list of mailboxes and File System that have missing items. The Verify process gets completed with warning and unsuccessful and looking at the subtask and the log file it shows that most tests completed successfully except verifying indexed items with the following errors and reasons: 27/01/2014 14:39:31 Verifying Indexed items SeqNoSSIDAttach IDURLReason 112925201401038775847~201312031642270000~Z~C0F8E132943863E0EA5991CEC595F201N/Ahttp://evaultsrv01.iprod.local/enterprisevault/download.asp?VaultID=173225416F8C73B41ADE8C0254DCDB65F1110000evault&SavesetID=201401038775847~201312031642270000~Z~C0F8E132943863E0EA5991CEC595F201&Request=NativeItemNo index entry for this document No failed indexes comes up and I could not find any articles for this. Master + Media servers: Netbackup 7.0.1, Windows Server 2003 R2 Clients: Netbackup 7.0.1, and 6.5.3, Windows Server 2008 (non-R2) Getting consistent failures on 3 clients lately with error 25 on the child job, cannot connect on socket(25) Happens with Full and Cumulative Incremental backups. Have tried the following: Rerun the jobs during the day (normally run at night) - Still fails Created a brand new policy (not copying the old one) - Also fails Telnet to BPCD port - Successful response from all servers to the clients Adding the required network interface - Still fails Changing the timeout connections - Still fails Pinging/NSlookup/bptestbpcd from the master/media servers - Everything appears to be fine Running bbps while the backups are starting I can see vnetd and bpcd start on the clients, but still it always fails with cannot connect on socket(25) Any suggestions on things to check? I will post logs below.Solved14KViews1like7CommentsOracle DB performance hit during Daily Full Backups
