After OS upgrade, indexing service fails to start 41293 with http listener error

After upgrading our Enterprise Vault server from Server 2012 R2 to 2016, the indexing services fails to start with event 41293. It says "the http service located at http://localhost/evindexing/veloci...

Well, I threw up my hands and just tried a repair install of Enterprise Vault, and that seems to have solved the problem. Thank you.
