Neues Laufwerk immer OFFLINE

Hallo,
 
ich habe Backup Exec 2012 mit den letzten SP.
Gestern habe ich mein DLT-Laufwerk wechseln müssen, da BE nicht mehr darauf zugreifen konnte.
Das neue Laufwerk wird auch erkannt und BE erkennt auch das Band mit dem Namen, aber wenn ich den Server neu starte oder die BE-Dienste, geht das Laufwerk immer OFFLINE.
 
Jemand eine Idee warum?

    Hi Herry,

     

    Do a search for tapeinst.exe and run this. Choose the option to delete any devices no longer in use.

    Also make sure that you're using the Symantec drivers for your drive...

    Hi,

    thanks .... it works.

    I don't has see the new device in the top of the list. Alway my eys look to the old device. I has moved the jobs to the new device and have delete the old device.
