Hell all,
I have DLO working with near of 600 users. WhenI review the restore tab, near of ten users, apeear the column Last Back and Last Backup Status in blank, some of the information appears under backup folder, but when I try to review what was backuped under history tab, these users doesn't appears like there aren't infortion about them.
Any idea why this happen?

I have the same problem....how do I avoid delay or expedite communication logs?
Please check the History tab in the DLO agent and confirm if the logs reported there suggest that the backup has completed successfully. Also, confirm if the files have been successfully backed up in the NUDF. If the backups have completed, then there could be a delay in the logs in History tab of the DLO admin server getting updated.
Can you please let us know if the issue is seen consistently with these users only or if the issue occurs randomly with other users too?
