Delete Shortcuts Is Not Working Correctly

Delete Shortcuts Is Not Working Correctly

I made the configuration to delete the shortcuts, but it is not working, I do not know why. I need all shortcuts to be excluded.
I've used this procedure: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100021737

 

My environment is a laboratory. I've archived all my emails in a single day, it's the same lab. And I did the above setup, but I do not understand why the shortcuts are not excluded.

Is the date that was archived used as a parameter to delete the shortcuts?
Or is the date the email was received?
Missing something in the configuration?

    Hi Tiago,

    1. Have you synchronized the mailboxes after modifying the policy? 

    2. Have you run the Archiving task in shortcut processing mode?

    Note that the age of a shortcut is based on the date it (the shortcut) is created.

        You are welcome, Tiago. Also, make sure the policy is assigned to the right provisioning group (+ check the order of the provisioning groups).
