Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 - Virtual Vault - COM Error in event log

Hi Team,

I hope there is someone out there that can help me decipher the message below. The outcome of these events is the user is unable to access certain items in their virtual vault & receive the message "Enterprise Vault is unable to retrieve this archived item. There was a problem opening this item. Try again later".

I am currently performing a partial reset of the cache, however it would be good to understand the message in more detail to help with troubelshooting the issue.
