i.e client trace log ? is the issue face by just one user or All user  ?

Is it for a specific item or all the items?

You may try to Run resetEvclient.exe and restart outlook. as 1st step

after putting user name and password its working fine.

The same problem I am facing when I open outlook through outlook anywhere & opening any archive emails , the pop up is coming out and asking for user name and password

Once I put user name and password it is working fine all archive emails are opening. But everytime the same behavior doesn’t know if this is normal behavior

EV is publish through ISA TMG , EV version 10.0 , 2 mailbox servers , 2 CAs Servers on KEMP load balancer

So yes if Outlook Anywhere is enabled in the profile, you will get prompted, because authentication is needed, and it can't be passed through all those boxes to EV.

So does retrieval work when you don't enable Outlook Anywhere?
