eVault upgrade

we currently use version 9.0.3.1164 and want to upgrade tot he latest version on a new domain and server what is the easiest way to do so - we were told we needed to upgrade 5 times to get to the l...

    Hi,

    You can go from 9.0.3 to 10.0.4 which is the latest version available. Only when you are upgrading from one EV family release to another, I mean from 8 to 10, you need to go to 9 and then to 10.

The only issue you might have is if you are running EV 9 in Windows Server 32 bits. Since EV 10 requires Windows 2008 64bits, you need to perform an extra step which is move EV 9 from 32bits to a 64bits OS.

However, if you have CA/DA, then the upgrade path is not that easy. Check the technote above for more details.
