we have the same problem with 7 users in our environment.

I´ve opened a case for this problem. The case is still under investigation.

I´ll give an update if i have news about this problem.

Hi,

now i got feedback from the symantec support.
This isn´t a real failure. It is only a display failure.
This problem only occurs, if your archiving task is based on age and quota.
The failure may occur when zero items were archived from the mailbox.
The failure may also occur when the mailbox is processed more than once (passes of mailbox > 1) during one archiving task and the last pass didn´t archive any items.

The support didn´t know when this display error will be fixed.
The case is now closed.

the failure is still in EV 11.0.1 CHF 4.

Can someone of the EV 12 beta tester confirm that this failure is solved in the new version?

FWIW, EV 12 beta is over and GA is about to be released.

Is this failure now solved in the GA Version of EV 12 ?
