Exchange 2016 Office Mail APP

Hi All,

I need Help to understand the following issue:

If I open the Exchange 2016 OWA with the following URL: https://mail.exlab.net/owa, I can use the Enterprise Vault Office Mail app perfectly 

But if I open with the https://mail.exlab.net/owa/2016inst1@exlab.net url, the EV Office Mail does not start.

This is a Lab environment, and EV server is still version 11.0.1 CHF5.

    Hi António,

    you are opening owa for a second mailbox with the second url?

    There is a limitation for the availability of the office mail app:

    Enterprise Vault Office Mail App doesn't work for items in the mailboxes of secondary email accounts.

      Thanks, but that not the problem (yet). A picture is better then a 1000 word.

      As you can see its the same mailbox, if I open without the email in the url the OMA work, if we write mail in the url it does not work

        It looks also like you don't have the Sweep option in the second screenshot, could be a the same reason you don't get the EV option.
