Items thay "pending" after upgrade

Hello, A few days ago our EV has been upgraded from 2007 to 8 and since then mail items stay in a "pending" state. We've confirmed that the data has been backed up (using snapshots from attache...

Number awaiting backup is increasing.


How can i tell EV to just process the shortcuts now?
(When we verified the backup has been performed)
In a few days a consultant will be here to finish the upgrade but right now peoples mailboxes are getting full.
