Mailbox not archiving

is there absolutely any chance of uploading the dtrace?
Typically if the report mode is blank it means its still running, still processing , and usually means its a huge mailbox.

How big is the actual mailbox? how many items are in there?
can you log in to the mailbox with the EVAdmin account on the EV Server itself and not get prompted for username and password?
Are there any errors in the event log that mention this mailbox at all?
Do they have quotas set up and the user is over quota?
How are you determining that nothings getting archived?
Can the user manually archive a couple of messages and make sure the items get turned in to shortcuts?

Can you synchronize the mailbox ok without it giving an error also?

Make sure the mailbox is added to a provisioning group.

oh yeah and in addition to that, make sure that provisioning group is set to archive emails, if the checkbox is unchecked then the user simply will not be archived during the schedule

you also might want to check to see if archiving has been suspended for that mailbox. open the mailbox in outlook, properties on the "mailbox - username", enterprise vault tab, there'a checkbox for suspend archiving.

Nothing we can see in the event log for that user, but not to say there isn't. Wehave thousands of events being written there but a seperate issue......

No quotas, and under Archives-Exchange Mailbox- Selecting user-Properties-Advanced the younges archived item is from 09/01/2011!

We don't allow manual archives, and our policy doesn't create shortcuts.

How do i synchronize a mailbox? Not sure i understand what you mean by that?

Our provisioning group is pointed at our Whole Exchange Organization and archiving is enabled

where is the dtrace that we can look at? i dont see it attached anywhere
and by synchronize, you go to the properties of the Mailbox Archiving task, go to the Synchronize tab, and then select "Synchronize user" (not all users) and then it will pop up a dialog asking you to select the user, go through the wizard and at the end it will tell you wheter the user was succesfully synchronized or not

Crap it must have timed out!
