Message Dispenser suspending

Question

Hi - we keep getting these messages. Reboot or waiting doesn't seem to resolve the issue.
	
	Clicking on the URL shows that Rosetta must be down again?
	
	Any advice?&nbsp; or do I need to log a call?
	
	Message dispenser will suspend processing for 10 minutes due to a recoverable error

delete and re-create archive tasks resolved the issue

what version of EV? what's the event id?
have you tried restarting the archiving task itself several times?

Restarted, rebooted... serveral times.. keeps coming back.
