message dispenser issues - exchange 2013 CU6, EV Version: 10.0.4.1333

My customer installed the latest CU6 for Exchange 2013.

They are working with EV Version: 10.0.4.1333

 

I couldn'td any approve from Symantec that this is supported.

And we have a message dispenser will resume errors...

Anyone can confirm installing CU6? anyone tried?

    Yes,

    Got an answer that CU6 not supported.

    Bringing it here to see if any of you have customers that installed CU6, and if this can prioritize the fix. Basically - system is not working now.

    another customer installed CU6, exact same issue.

    Message dispenser will resume in 10 minutes.

    A1 queue is loaded with millions of items.

     

    Customer say they had to install the CU6 since it fixed some major bugs in the EXCH 2013,

     

    Anyone from Symantec can estimate the hotfix delivery for ev?

    Its always worth looking at the compatibility charts as a first port of call to check if a version / service pack is supported or not:

    CU6 is currently pending certification.
