Problem accessing archived emails in Evault

Hi,
This is the error that is generated:-
22/06/2011 23:41:23.800[4996]: CShortcutItem::Display...Return Last Failed error: 0x80070005
22/06/2011 23:41:23.801[4996]: ~CShortcutItem::Display: 0x80070005This is access is denied. You state that this only happens for one user so can you check and see if the PSTDisableGrow registry key is set in either of the following locations as per MS KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954268:-
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\%d.0\Outlook\PST HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\n.0\Outlook\PST
If it is set and has avalue of 1 then change to 0 to see if that fixes the issue. If the key does not exist then can you check the enterpise vault event log and see if there are events generated when the retrieval error is experienced on the client.
If there is no entry generated then setup a dtrace of the StorageOnlineOPNS process and reproduce the issue and post the dtrace log here along with the client trace from that time.
Also test that the item itself is OK by giving the VSA access to the archive manually and testing items can be retrieved OK by the VSA to rule out the archived item itself and reduce it to an issue related to that particular user.
