Revert EPVM policy changer

Hello,

I need to archive all items in a mailbox, so I create a ini file and run with EPVM. Archive everything. All good.

Then I run the provisioning tasks hoping that the mailbox/archive to applied the Archiving Policy and revert the change made with the EPVM.

But this didn't happen.

My question how to I revert to Mailbox Archiving Policy assign by the provisioning group?

How can I find out how as custom policy applied by EVPM?

    Hello,

    I am not sure disable/enable will remove the hidden message. If you need to be sure, disable the mailbox for archiving, zap the mailbox (using EVPM :-)), run provisioning, enable mailbox.

    Hi Antonio,

    Can you try disabling the mailbox from EV and then re-enabling it again? This should help as it would delete the hidden message and then recreate it once you enable the mailbox again via the normal provisioning process.
