Single mailbox issue on Enterprise Vault 9.0.1.1073
We have a user who for no apparent reason hasn't had their mailbox archived since May.
I have tried disabling and then re-enabling the mailbox in the hope that it restarted archiving but this didnt...

Ok, so it turned out the user had an e-mail in her inbox which was corrupt and meant the task on her mailbox stalled. Once she removed it the archiving job ran fine.
There is a reg fix to apply to the EV server to ignore corrupt mail and carry on archiving the mailbox, detailed here- http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH78546
