Why I unable to view the old archived email from my Outlook 2007 SP 2 ?

Hi, When I go to the Outlook to open up my shared mailbox, I got the grey bar which says “Item has been archived by Enterprise Vault”. ? where are the rest of the message goes and how to restore ...

If you click the grey bar, does it actually open the item or does it do nothing?

### it does nothing and I cannot see any error message from the Outlook client :-| do I have to enable the ActiveX or scripting in the Outlook 2007 client so thatI can click that link ?
