Enterprise V10.0.4 Indexing services Start then Stop

Hi All Two of my Vault servers are now experiencing this issue where the Servie starts but stop 20 seconds later. I have tried the following with no luck https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US.html...

Hi

I have run through this KB and still no luck

An error occured while trying to start indexing engine.
Further error details include: '<exception time="47" date="1524475580" id="SERVICE_COMMAND" function="Enterprise Vault_load" fid="50" name="service-command" stack-trace="//scope/set-var[@name='result']/scope///function[@name='Index Volume-broker-status']/scope/scope/function[@name='Index Volume-broker-command']/scope/scope///exception[@id='SERVICE_COMMAND']" xmlns="urn:/Index Engine/objects">An invalid run or command node was provided. </exception>'.
