Lost Media Report

Hello Friends,

Can anyone help me to configure the Lost Media Report?

Would appreciate if I can get a crisp document or PPT explaining how to configure/generate this report or a direct forum interaction all also helps me by providing the screenshot to configure.

Let me know if you need more details.

    Lost media report generation is very simple..

    login to GUI-->Reports--->Vault reports---->Lost media.

    select the session id and the number of days. then click on run report..... and can copy that to excel.

    you can do the same from the CIL-> vltopmenu

    Marianne, I have already clicked on " Mark as Solution" but i dont know its not reflecting in the form, Am not sure what i did was correct, can you help me to mark Nagalla comment as solution.
