Can not instal System Recovery 16
Downloaded System Restore 16
Product Installation Wizard loads.
Click on 'Install New' under 'Installation'
Window opens showing progress'LOading Install. please wait........'
Runs for about 15% then closes.
Have tried with seperate download of System Recovery 18, same issue.
This is a new windows install, System Recovery 16 installed and worked fine on previous install.
Grateful for advice.
Tried the Basic version as Multilingual failed, just a test.
Solved problem.
Once unblocked, turned off Norton Security and installed without a glitch.
