Migrating Domain Controller and Exchange Server 2007 on Windows Server 2003 Std. R2 SP2 x64 into new server.

I want to migrate my existing server which is now running Domain Controller and Exchange Server 2007 on Windows Server 2003 Std. R2 SP2 x64 into new server with all same hardware except the SCSI controller difference (From PERC 6/i into SAS 5/iR).
Is there anything that I should be careful or pay special attention into ?

(I'll be using Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery 2010)* with the restore to different hardware methods.

Use BESR 2010 and don't forget to check the Restore to Different hardware feature (restore anyware)
