Running 11d build 7170, SP1. We are licensed for Advanced Open File Option, and we have installed the AOFO agent on clients. However we are getting the error:

For troubleshooting, I have unchecked the 'Use Advanced Open File Option', and also, on the Advanced settings, I have set 'Open file backup when Advanced Open File Option is not used' to 'Never'. Then I deleted all jobs created by the policy and then recreated them all (from the policy). I am still getting the same error.
