At Veritas, Customer and Partner Engagement matters


The Veritas Customer and Partner Engagement Program (CPEP) provides a unique opportunity for customers and partners to make their voices heard, provide feedback on product development, and discuss critical requirements to help shape Veritas products’ future development.


Join CPEP to:

  • Connect directly with Veritas — Product Management, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams.
  • Participate in interactions — product demos, one-on-one interviews, feedback sessions, development reviews, focus groups, private betas, usability testing, online surveys, and more.
  • Get sneak previews and directly impact features and capabilities in products you already use or may consider in the future.
  • Earn incentives based on your active participation.

As your environments continue to evolve, we are hard at work rolling out solutions for multi-cloud data management, backup and recovery, business continuity, software-defined storage, and information governance. Enhancements for these products and our key cloud partnerships have occurred as a direct result of customer feedback and their direct interactions with our product teams.







 

Make a difference

Once you’ve registered for CPEP:

  1. Our team will verify and review your registration.
  2. After verification, you will receive interaction invitations based on your areas of interest.



You can participate in any interactions that appeal to you, and there is no obligation to join all of them.

Complete surveys (approx. five minutes) or attend development demos (one hour / weekly) – it’s up to you to decide how much time you want to engage with Veritas.

Each interaction will accrue incentives, and the more you participate and provide feedback, the more you earn.
