10d Remote Agents and 11d 64bit install w/ remote agents

Hello...

I work on behalf of Birla Minerals (who has a support contract with Symantec for Backup Exec for Windows Servers).

We've currenty got 10d installed at one site, which we need Licence keys for each remote agent that we're installing.

2 of the other sites require 11d x64 Licence keys.

I've attempted calling Customer Care on 1800 080 089 and either noone is picking up or they're always engaged.

I've been told that the support contract gives us 1 free year of upgrades to the next versions of software, which I'm trying to get to. What can be done to resolve this, as this company is international and currently has no running backups at these 3 sites in Australia.

Hi Gareth,
If you have your company's customer no (can be found on your license certificate), you can register at Symantec's Licensing Portal whereby you can have all your license upgraded automatically. If you're not sure, you can sign-up at Symantec's MySupport and enquire about your licensing issues. I have done the same for my company. Hope this helps.
