I have two Questions about CPS (Continous Protection Server for Exchange) Server, maybe some of you had the same problem or issue and can give me some help.
1.) When CPS is running, how can I restart the Media Server, without having a lost of Protection. Do I need to set the job of hold and what happend, when I take the hold off? I scheduled the CPS to run every hour to take a junktion point. What is when I have to keep the Media server powered off for 2 hours, is the CPS Server catching then up the the last two hours? The Exchange Data is all saved on a local disk on the Media Server
2.) Very slow recovery of single Mail. It is taking a long time to open a Mail to recover from the CPS.II mean even to see the mail to recover or the users mailboxes. Sometimes more then a half hour and longer. Somebody knows maybe a hint to speed things up.
