2-byte Character support w/ Exchange Agent

I am running 10d w/ the Exchange Agent and get errors that the message is corrupt when I try to backup an e-mail message w/ 2-byte (Chinese or Japanese) characters in the subject of the message.

What do I need to do to fix this?
