Automatically De-Select Disabled Exchange Accounts From Selection List

As users transition out of our organization, the process has been to disable their Active Directory account effectively disabling their Exchange account. When this ccours, Backup Exec, by design, will then fail on the backup job due to the standard "Directory not found" error for the respective disabled user.

Does anyone have an automated way so that when you disable the account through AD that it automatically removes the account from the backup selection list as well. Perhaps a workaround?

Automating this would mean that Backup Exec detects any changes made to the account or the mailbox in active dirctory and the exchange server. This is not as of now possible. However, you may lodge an enhancement request for the same at:
