Avanced Open File Option

I have a system drive C: size 76GB currently using 30GB, and a data drive D: 300GB currently using 150GB.
I have looked at the best practice guide for Advanced Open File Option and it suggest to have a seperate drive for AOFO to write the seperate volumes too. What size drive should I use? Does it have to be as large as the current data?

Hi derek,

No it does not have to be the size of the data you are backing up . You can add a partition of  100 gb and that should work fine.  Make sure you do not backup the AOFO Cache Store directory  .  Also , that the antivirus is set to  exclude VSP and TMP file extensions.
