BACKUP EXEC INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Hello,

i installed the BACKUP EXEC INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER (Trail) to manage my BE infrastructure within Germany an

all over the world. But many servers, with installed Symantec Management Agent and BEIM Plug-In, don´t report the inventray to

the management server. it there any way to test the connection and to load the inventory data manualy?

Are there some documents about problems with BEIM?

If you are using BEIM to manage BE 2010 servers, did you install this service pack?

Yes i installed SP2 but the SIM means it is not konfigured correctly, but using the button "new configure" doesn´t solve the problem.

you need the Symantec Installation Manager 7.0 and with this you can download the BEIM12.5.
