BE 2010R3 Media Export Fails

I have taken over backup duties and need to setup an scheduled export of media for starage at an off-site location.  When I try to export media I get this error.  Am I doing something wrong?  I've restarted the BE server and the Dell TL4000, reinventoried, but no luck.  Pointers anyone?

Do you have an export slot configured on the library?

As the notification said, you should check the joblog to see what are the errors.

Check that the slot that the job is exporting from is not empty and that the mailslot is empty during the time of the export.
