BE 9.0 restore Groupwise user/mailbox help req

I inherited a single Netware 6.5 sp5 server running Groupwise 7.02 and Backup Exec 9.0 Rev 4202.  I deleted some old user objects in Console 1 and migrated the remaining users/mailboxes to our production Windows environment.   Now I have a request to view the mailbox for one of the users I deleted before the migration.  I have tapes from back then but I’m not sure how to restore the user object/mailbox.  The admin guide I found wants to use a Intelligent Disaster Recovery disk that I don’t seem to have.  Is it possible to restore the \grpwise\mailpo\offiles sub-dirs, figure out which one is associated with the needed user and point a new user object at it?  Any feedback would be appreciated.

Did a redirected restore and pointed Console One's mailbox recover option at it.  Worked fine.
