BEDB database

Is an agent license for MS SQL server required just to backup the BEDB database that Backup Exec installs and uses?  After upgrading to Backup Exec 2010 from version 12.5, I get an error that says a license is required to backup the BEDB database.  Seems like this should be built into the core product so its database can safely be backed up as part of a routine tape backup.

By default, Backup Exec dumps the BEDB every day at 0400, as part of it's database maintenance, so you do not need to back it up yourself

the BEDB.BAK file should be in the ..\DATA directory.
