BES 2010 R2 Exchange 2010 problem

Hi!

I have a Exchange 2010 SP1 that run as VM on Hyper-v. When i try to backup IS with BES R2 i get an error V-79-57344-34108 and V-79-57344-65298. I try to rebbot server without succuess.

Are you using the Exchange agent or the Hyper-V agent ?
And did you run LiveUpdate to install all available hotfixes ?

I using Exchange agent.

Manager and agent has install all update.

Do you have the Exchange Management Tools installed on your BE Media server ?

Can you do a test backup by creating a test-backup by selecting the Exchange Information stores only ?

I backup IS using windows agent (non virtual agent). Now i using only exchange test backup (non other resources selected).
