I seem to have no end of trouble with this software if its not one thing its another.

Anyway,

I get this error message
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Backup-to-Disk device is out of free space!

Either create additional free space on the disk volume where this Backup-to-Disk folder resides, or go to the Job Monitor and cancel the job.

Respond OK after performing one of these actions.

I know what you mean. I had the same problems with it but once I got it running to my likeing I did't change anything, did not even installed any SP. If I do change 'something'I always make an image of the system in question. Saves a lot of time when BE stops doing what you wanted to do.

I think you need to check your OPP and APP settings so BE will overwrite existing .bkf files. To start with you can remove the oldest .bkf files off the backup sets you have a full backup from to create some diskspace. (this depends on the type of backup you do and how long you want to store the B2D backups. If you transfer the backups to tape you might remove the oldest .bkf files as you already have them on tape)
