Back Up Exec to B2D

We have nine computers which are networked from one computer.  On our network computer, Drive E is our B2D which backs up to tapes daily.  We have five (5) tapes.  We change them out daily.  The system has discontinued backing up.  What are some steps I can take to get it to begin backing up again?

As I understand:

1  : You have 9 systems

2  : E-Drive on one of the systems holds a B2D folder on which backups go.

3  : Tape Drive / Library is connected to the BE server.

The system has discontinued backing up

Is the system holding the E-drive got disconnected? Are you duplicating backups from B2D to tapes?

The message keeps saying "Backup Failed" every day.

We have nine computers in our office.  They are all networked.  On the "network" computer is where the tape drive is suppose to back up the complete (entire) system each day.  We have 5 discs (one labeled Monday, one labeled Tuesday, etc).  Every Monday at the end of the day, we insert the Monday disc for it to back up that night & take home with us the Friday disc.  The next day we insert the Tuesday disc and take home the Monday disc.  That way if the building was to be destroyed by fire, toronado or the computers stolen, etc. during the night, we have a back up disc we could purchase new computers the next day and keep operating.  However, for several days now, it is not backing up each night.  It is saying "Backup Failed".  The discs we use are approximately 6" by 9" by 2" thick.
