Below is the error I am receiving, however once in a while it completes with errors. I have inserted new media, and can't come to a conclusion as to why this keeps happening. Any help is appreciated.
Storage device "QUANTUM 1" reported an error on a request to write data to media.
Error reported:
Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
This could be caused by either a dirty tape drive, bad media, or a SCSI problem.
