Backing up Exchange 2000 in BE 9.1

Currently when attempting to back up any exchange 2000 server the Exchange icons don't show up. THey only show up for our Exchange 5.5 servers, none of our 2000 servers. Anyone ever seen this? We have the agent for MS Exchange. Not sure what else to do...

Make sure you have the Agent for Exchange 2000 serial number installed - this will also cover your 5.5 servers.

There are 2 Exchagne agent serials you can get:-
- Agent for Exchange
- Agent for Exchange 2000

Please check if you have license key for Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server 2000.
Backup Exec was shipped with two types of Agent licenses for Microsoft Exchange servers. One Agent license was for Microsoft Exchange 5.x server and the other current one is for Microsoft Exchange 2000. This issue will appear after installation of Agent license for Microsoft Exchange 5.x.
In order to protect Microsoft Exchange 2000 server, a valid Agent license for Exchange 2000 is required. License of Exchange 2000 can allow backup of Exchange 5.x server but the reverse is not possible.
