Backup Exchange 2007 running on Windows Server 2003 x64 edition

Getting error
 
V-79-57344-65286 - To back up Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, you must install the Exchange Management Tools for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 on the media server. The Management Tools can be installed during a custom install of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.
 
I found http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/292480.htm which says to install the 32 bit Exchange 2007 Management Tools on the media server
 
Does this mean that I need to install this on my BackupExec Server or my Exchange Server?

You need to install the Mangement Tools on the media (BackupExec server)
 
You only need the 32-bit Tools if the media server is a 32-bit OS, installed per the MS Tech Note.
 
It if is running 64-bit OS, then the Tools should install from the Exchange CD with no problem
