I have SYMC Backup Exec 11D WIN with Continuous Protection Server I/O Basic 12 Months. When I go to the license portal, it says my serial number doesn't require a license key. When I go through the portal and download the Backup Exec 11d for Windows Server and try to install, it asks for a license key. Where do I get the key to complete my install?
