I think I read a lot and tried now everything to get a Dell PowerEdge 2950 with Broadcom BCM5708C TOE Lanic and Windows 2003 Server SP1 & 2 and BackupExec 11d (6235) SP2 (including HF19) and HF30 to run.
In the forum it is always mentioned, that HF19 fix the problem, but at the end it doesn't work as far as I understand.
IDR is a very good tool for old servers, but why is it not possible to make it run on a new "Standard" Server from Dell since month ?
I can't believe that Symantec is not able to fix this issue since the TOE technology is the future, so I think maybe I'm searching the in the wrong way.
Is there anything that I can do to make it run ?
