Backup Exec 15 communication error for Exchange

Hi,

I have been struggling with this issue for a while now. We have a DAG for Exchange with 3 active nodes. 2 are in the same subnet, 1 in a different subnet. Also the Backup server is in a different subnet. And there is a firewall between exchange cluster and Backup Exec server. The agent installation is successful on all the 3 exchange nodes. However, while adding a DAG from the console we get communication error. The servers are showing up the Backup Exec console but Exchange Information Store does not show up in Backup Selection. We are able to telnet from both ends on 10000, 445, 135-139 and default dynamic range from 1025-1049. 

Operating System Windows 2012 R2 

Exchange Server 2013 SP1

Is the DAG configured with Cluster Administrative Access Point ? If not, then the error is expected as BE requires the Access Points.
