I want to take full backup of Exchange 2010 sp2 gives the following error. Could you help. Thanks

Do you have the Exchange 2010 management tools installed on the BE server ?

Also make sure that the BE service account has a unique mailbox (not hidden).

Please ensure using live update for backup-exec that you have installed hotfix after sp2 for BE 2010 r3 & remote agent version on Media server matches to remote agent version on exchange server if not please update it too

Are the Management tools installed on the Media server?

If they are, have they been updated to SP2? 

Normally when I run into this error it's because the management tools for exchange either aren't on the media server or are not the same version as the exchange server.
