Backup Exec 2010 R3 and remote agent on windows server2003 exchange

Hi,

Architecure : Host Server for BE2010 R3 > windows 2008 R2 and Agent Remote on windows Server 2003 with Exchange 2003 (also DC)

When i want to save the system state of the server 2003 Exchange, application hang (it's ok for mailbox database and files)

I can't put a tick to save System State and / or Shadow Copy provider.

My job save another server 2003 with no problem and also a server 2008, it's all good.

Only the server 2003 with exchange...(64bits)

Any ideas ?

Any errors in the event viewer ?

Have you tried to re-install RAWS on this server..
