Backup Exec 2014 - Catalog Error

Good morning,

recently I have removed from Windows Server Backup Exec 2010 R3 and I install Backup Exec 2014 as clean installation. After it I did all jobs definition, they were executed and looks nice except why I am receiving the following error:

"ODBC access error. Possible lost connection to database or unsuccessful access to catalog index in the database".

About catalogs, the action that I did was copy the catalog folder coming from Backup Exec 2010 R3 to Backup Exec 2014.

 

Any idea about the reason? Any help is welcome. Thanks so much.

From a command prompt, run

From a command prompt, go the BE installation directory and run catrebuildindex -r and try again
