Backup Exec 5 MB/Min vs ntbackup 650 MB/Min

I am using Backup Exec 9.1, doing backups to disk over the network.

Most of the servers in my backup set run at a fine rate, but one of them runs incredibly slow.

The others end up running at anywhere from 151 MB/Min to 500+ MB/Min, but one of them runs at 5 MB/Min.

I consider the 151 to be kinda slow, but with 5, there must be something wrong.

The remote agent is installed.

I did an ntbackup of the exact same data across the network to a file share, and it ran at over 650 MB/Min.

Anybody know what I could be doing wrong?

For the slow server, verify that all NICs/switch ports are NOT set to AutoNegotiate.  Hard set them to the fastest speed that both ends of each pipe support
