Backup Exec APPCRASH

Seeing sudden APPCRASH issues with Backup Exec 2010 R2.  This appears to be following latest windows updates.Details of the crash below.  This installation of BE has been running without any issues for almost a year and this is the first time this error has appeared.  Any help appreciated.

Run a repair install of .net framework. If still the issue persists uninstall .net reboot the server 

and then install it again.

I have carried out your suggestion.  I carried out the repair as per instructions in article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306160

This made no difference.  I then uninstalled .netframework and rebooted the server.  I have now reinstalled .net (3.5 sp1) and still have the same error when launching Backup Exec.
